Crisis Hotline - A continuously available telephone service staffed by trained Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP) to provide screening, assessment and intervention 24 hours a day. Jones, Shackelford, Stephens, and Taylor Counties. We began serving clients in 1971 and today we employ approximately 195 persons. Our services include outpatient mental health services for children and adults, outpatient and residential services to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and early childhood intervention services to babies ages 0 to 3 and their families.
