Just plain horrible in every way 6/18/2011

We trusted oue doctor's referral to this therapist and it has a nice website. Our entire experience here was miserable from the start to finish. People never return their calls, the billing and insurance stuff is a nightmare, scheduling is completely unreliable and the therapist was horrible! I wish I had known and post this to spare just one other person of this terrible experience. more

Beware! 10/6/2010

Our insurance decided to stop covering speech therapy. Beth Ingram decided to keep approving visits for my son while I didn't know that insurance did not cover the visits. They are horrible with sending bills in a timely fashion so I received a bill after I asked for it 5 months later... now at $45 a session for once a week for 5 months you can see our bill is ridiculous! And of course they take no blame on this! Beware! Go thru Hillsborough County School District to get services. I have been very happy with them! more
