This hotel, while new looking from the outside, could use some attention inside. In parts of the room their were holes in the wall. The blanket had a giant hole in it also. The staff proved to be less than helpful also. On one occasion, we could hear out neighbor's alarm clock clear as day at 2am, and it was not being shut off. After being annoyed for 5 minutes, we called to the front desk. They took on a "what do you want us to do about it" attitude instead of making a call requesting the room turns it off. They also were unresponsive to requests to refill items on the continenetal breakfast spread. ITs location close to Midway airport makes it nice, but, it also seems to be run down.
