I locked myself out of my apartment. Unfortunately I did it on a Sunday morning when no locksmiths were working. The locksmith my building recommended didn't answer my call and I had to leave a message. Then that locksmith called back and wanted $250 to unlock my door.Best Security & Locks answered my call immediately and said they could send some guys over within an hour to unlock my door. They arrived a little behind schedule as they had another job across the city, but they were able to get my door opened in less than 1 minute. Amazing, but also scary. Aren't locks designed to keep people out? I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars only because they arrived about 45 min later than the time we scheduled, but overall the service was great. Would recommend them to anyone who's locked out. more

I called Best Security & Locks one day when I locked my keys out of my car. It was raining hard and I didn't know what to do. Best Security & Locks came and had my keys out of my car within 5 minutes. He was extremely nice and courteous and he couldn't have been more helpful. Best Security & Locks is a treasure. I called this locksmith around 11 a.m. to ask if he could rekey my apartment locks after my roommate went psycho. He came over within two hours and rekeyed all three locks within 15 minutes. His rate was very reasonable considering the great service and he was extremely courteous and professional. I had my purse stolen and in it my keys and address. I called to have my locks replaced and Best Security & Locks explained that they could simply re-key them. They agreed to come at 8:30 in the morning. When they called me at 8:30, I thought, fine they are running a few minutes late.
