I was stuck in the parking lot waiting for a phone call and decided to walk in to get some lunch. I decided that a tuna sandwich would be safe, so I ordered one on wheat toast with lettuce and tomato to go so I could wait in the car for the phone call. The food was ready in just a few minutes but it was plated for dining in. The cashier noticed that before giving to me and put it in a Styrofoam box. I took it out to the car to eat. The preparer had forgotten to toast the bread even thought the cashier had clearly marked that request on the order. The bread was dry, not hard or crusty, but made you want to have a gallon of water after each bite. The tuna must of been sprayed on, it had good taste, but there was very little of it. The tomatoes were cut into chunks as if for a salad or salsa, not for a sandwich. All-in-all, Subway has nothing to fear from this poor attempt at a deli.
