Are you all serious? first time experience in bellas shop was awesome, we walked in the door and she didnt say hi either to me and my daughter due to her undivided attention to another customer which was great cause there after, I got my undivided attention from her...People these days are irratating as hell..Who cares if she dont tell you hi, you went there to look for a dress or a tux not so she can tell you HI..keep focus and dont worry bout ohters....with patience we got full service and a huge discount, dresses where beautiful, hem right there and tux for rent was super cheap........BEST PLACE TO GO..Aloha Bella u rock!!!! more

Getting Married 10-23-10...looked everywhere for the style i wanted (Mermaid) and if anyshop even had the style it was limited to one choice. Needless to say i was exausted from going shop to shop...and what i thought was going to be fun ended up being a headache! Word of mouth brought me to B'ellagance...i agree with the other comments about her not being in her shop during the bussiness hours posted...but what the hell she owns the shop, I would make my own hours too :) So i called to make an appointment. I walked into the store and to my amazement she had 3 Mermaid style dresses on the Manicans...i was instantly enthusiastic and ready to shop. (did i mention i had my 2 year old daughter with me...Bella totaly accomidated us and helped etertain my 2 year old while i was trying on dresses...big props for that)\r I FOUND MY DRESS...and i had that ""feeling"" like this is the one! Never thought i was gonna find MY DRESS! Bella knew exactly where the dreeses of my style were located...quickly got them and started trying them on. The Price was right and I Ordered.\r Bridemaids dresses...i decided to shop around for the best price found Alfred Angelo dress that i loved and was quoted $180 from another dress shop and for a discont price $160. Same dress at B'ellegance with a 15% discount for buying my wedding dress there...$120 BUCKS!\r Bella Goes above and beyond, she understands that weddings can be costly and she tries her best to give u the best price... I went everywhere to look for my senior prom dress, and couldn't find a thing. So my boyfriend brought me to B'ellagance. He's been to four proms and has always gone to her. I trusted him when he said I might find some nice dresses there. He was right! I found a pretty ivory colored dress and it was to die for. She altered my dress, and also gave me $100 off. It was still pricey but hey you can buy alot with $100. So, if anyone is looking for a dress go to B'ellagance. FYI: I was the only one at prom with that dress. Whoever gave this shop better than 1 star....I am very happy you received good service. I however cannot do the same. The two employees watched me walk in and didn't say a word. Not a hello or anything. They were too busy chatting with someone who wasn't in there to buy a dress. I waited for 17 minutes (yes I looked at my watch) and no one EVER came to help me. I was walking around the same rack, in their view, looking completely lost and got no help at all. I finally walked out, directly in between the same staff who again, said nothing at all. \r \r Horrible customer service. Really sad too since if they had been decent they would've gotten a lot of sales through me as I buy at least two evening dresses every single year. I'll be sure to let everyone I know that is looking for a dress to steer clear of them as well. more

\r \r \r I would just like to comment about the furious customer, I obviously think she was desperate about money, she was perfectly happy when she picked up her gown, she did not mentioned about the complain after she left for the mainland. I hope she finds herself happiness sometime in her life. more

I had the worst experience with this store. I ordered a bridesmaid dress that had to be altered twice at her store. After the first alterations were done, I went in for a fitting and the top was way to big. I went during her business hours and she was not even there. I called the alternate number left on her store voicemail and did not get a call back for hours. Her excuse...she was just running late. I went a few days later and the owner insisted it was fine and I am the only one who can see the problem and to just get a bra with padding. I told her to redo it and then she said she would charge me extra for this; however, she already charged me MORE than what was quoted AND she said she would not charge me for any final alterations. After she saw I was upset, the dress was redone and she did not charge me (she said she was just doing this as a favor). The wedding I was in was out of town; I tried the dress on again 2 days before the wedding and beads and seams were falling out. I had to pay for alterations a third time at a local shop. I called her repeatedly to inform of this but she never returned my calls. She is insisting that she will not reimburse me for the extra money I paid because it was fine at the store. She never offered to bustle my skirt, as she insists that it was my job to tell her to do so (I am not in this business so I had no idea to even ask until the local alterations shop mentioned it to me). Also, she did not steam press the dress. She did not even mention that it was free of charge with the alterations until the day I picked it up. She insisted that I was putting it in my suitcase anyway and it would wrinkle. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE EVER!!!!!!!! Cons: the owner has no sense of what customer service is supposed to be more
