Pampered Hair Cut 2/9/2012

I just want to say that Noreen was wonderful! She and the front desk staff made a glowing first impression. Not to be overly dramatic, but after the oil scalp massage, Aveda shampoo, conditioner, cut, blow dry and finishing touches provided by Noreen - I started to cry! I had had such a challenging week and Noreen's pampering attention was just what I needed. It just goes to show the extent to which kind pampering service can impact a customer. more

Make-up Monday with Mary Ann 2/8/2012

Mary Ann is great! Had lots of fun, laughed and she made me look 10 years younger!! My husband loved the transformation! Thank you Bella for having such a great gal to teach me make-up techniques and style my less than perfect hair! more

Color and cut 2/8/2012

As always, my time at BElla Capelli was fabulous! I love being pampered while waiting for my color to set, from the coffee, to the visit with the owners to the hand massage, all things that make my time special at BC! I feel like I'm walking into a very good friends home for a visit. The warm welcome, the pleasant surroundings, the cup of coffee, and the willingness to make me comfortable never stops. I'm always happy with my haircut. Their "privelege" is my privelege! more

Jen's Facial 2/7/2012

The facial was fantastic. The atmosphere was very soothing, and Jen was very knowledgeable about skin care. She even asked me if I was on any medications as a precautionary measure. The experience was relaxing, and I look forward to my next appointment with her. more

mixed review 2/7/2012

First let me begin by saying that everyone at the salon is wonderful. My manicurist was such a nice lady but the manicure wasn't the best. It was surprised at how much of my nails didn't have polish. On either side of each nail there's a gap on almost everyone. Six of ten nails don't have polish to the ends of the tips which is where I fear the shellac won't last. From a service perspective everyone was perfectly delightful more

hand massage 2/7/2012

I had color touch up and haircut with Samantha which was as usual a good experience. I like how Sam cuts and styles my hair. My only issue is she had another stylist wash and condition my hair. she did not leave the conditioner on for 1 min and I was not offered a hand massage while conditioner is on. this is part of my appointment which Sam always does and is enjoyed by me. more

Many thanks to Shannan who has been doing my hair for many years. It is a wonderful compliment to her when so many people commment on my hair or where I have had it done. Jen is fantastic in the SPA. The little touches like applying a lip gloss and the aroma smell after my service is awesome. more

Dream Team Review! 2/6/2012

Another great hair color and manicure experience! Hat's off to Jackie who can definately stand in Nicole's shoes! Thank goodness for Lisa who can do a speedy, precise and long lasting manicure for a very impatient client! The only thing that may need some improving is the scheduling system which seems to always provide some amount of "mystery" LOL more

Curly, Course Hair In Good Hands with Maggi 2/4/2012

2 out of 3 ladies in our household (which includes two teens) have difficult to manage wavy to curly, course hair and the third has a very thick mane. Maggi is expert at taming our issues, listens and adapts to our preferences and changes in the seasons, etc. She also colors the senior member of the household and does a magnificent job. She gives lots of advice for home care and even suggests simple fixes that require expensive salon products. Little touches like a steaming cup of Aveda tea or an extra long massaging shampoo after a stressful day, make Maggi and Bella Capelli our trusted stylist and salon. more
