This restaurant sits in a shopping center on Panola Road. The decor is pleasant and the staff is wonderful. The food keeps us going back, but we would go more often if the meals weren't priced so high. Seriously , $11 with tax for a lunch with one piece of fish, two sides and a drink. That's a bit much. Pros: Vegetables are fresh & have an excellent taste. Cons: Cost of meals more

  • I have lived in Metro Atlanta since 1972, and could not find a restaurant that came close to the soul food I grew up enjoying and cooking, so I opened Belinda's Down Home Cooking to fill that void. You can now find that Macaroni and Cheese, collard greens, candied yams, banana pudding, peach cobbler, and fried corn you grew up eating at Grandma's House. Come visit our warm and inviting dining room conveniently located at 3596 Panola Road in the Salem Crossing Shopping Plaza. You will be welcomed by my smiling face and "Good Down Home Cooking" just like your Grandma made!
