I never wait longer than i'm told...in fact they're always done sooner.... prices are fair for a dealership... (i'd want a little cheaper :) but its fair) and the technicians always give me a diagnosis without upselling me on "recommended" junk I simply dont need, Honest Service Dpmt. more

Andrew Summers is by far I’m talking this guy is a very hard worker and DEFINITELY knows how to please his customers. Not only did he help me get into a brand new 4Runner but after working all morning on me he still left his office and took my other car home for me, that’s real customer service. I will be telling everyone I know! more

Dennis Bacote was the salesperson who helped me out from start to finish. We hate car shopping and he made it very entertaining for us. Not only was he a great salesman with great attitude, very helpful, catered to us but the managers were great too and made it happen for us with the banks…. We were really pleased to see they got us a better deal than our Credit Union did… what threw me off was the strong effort to really make us happy and give us a good deal. We got a better price and still got exactly what we wanted our Hilander Hybrid. more

I went to Beaverton Toyota yesterday and walked in super worried, once a sales person greeted me I automatically felt relieved! The sales persons name was Tony Hossini he made this the most memorable experience I’ve ever had, he made me feel like the only customer in the show room. more

My daughter-in-law just turned 16 so we went looking at cars together last weekend. I bought her a Toyota Corolla from Beaverton and got a really excellent deal on it. This is the 4th Toyota product that I have purchased from Beaverton and I have to say I have been impressed every time at the quality of the vehicle, the professional sales staff and at the service department. The team at Beaverton have been very responsive to my concerns and problems that may arise. Overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality Toyota vehicle. Customer service is wonderful. The staff seems to always be in a good mood. I bought my Camry two weeks ago and needed to get another lic. Plate so I spent a little time in service department and these guys here are also great. Financing was smooth and now service department is also a plus. Highly recommended more

This Saturday I called in to Beaverton Toyota to check on the availability of a vehicle luckily for me they had quite a bit of them, but I only wanted it in black or silver. Decided to go in and I soon as I walked in Mo J. greeted me, very nice guy, he greeted me and didn’t really interrogate me but asked questions about what I really wanted in a truck and what was most important. Mo showed me 110% real customer service. He listened to everything I wanted for the price that was right for me.. not the vehicle that was going to benefit him the most. After test driving a couple of 4 runners and highlanders I fell in love with the 2009 Highlander Hybrid. He knew so much about this truck I felt he had it all programmed in his head. Mo made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. I was there for about 2 hours before I really started my paperwork and he was very patient with me, I couldn’t make a decision. Everyone in the entire building was just so nice I couldn’t help but to be in a good mood, obviously now with my new truck I’m ecstatic but I’m most pleased with the treatment that was dedicated to me.
