Well being middle class in Yarmouth does not pay off to begin with. The office manager Lise is great and I will miss her. If you are not upper class and work for a living you will be treated as if you are a poor person. I have been with them for 5 years and sometimes they treat me well but most of the time they treat me as if I am a second class citizen. Sometimes they will talk down to you and I must have impressed the nurse one time because she commented on how nice my son's Timberland shoes were they were Wal-Mart shoes but looked the same. Basically if you are rich they are great and if you are middle class or lower they are great in caring for your children but please expect them to put you down at some points and make you feel incompetent. Thanks for keeping my kids safe but I would like to be treated as a human being. more

I would consider ignoring the 9/28/10 comment because it focuses on issues which are extraneous to the EXCELLENT MEDICAL CARE and SERVICE given in this practice, whether or not one may agree with the writer's comments about the staff, or the staff's opinion of the relative merits of the local pharmacies in town.\r \r My two children have been patients in the practice since 1996; both are in college now and will be leaving the practice shortly. They have received excellent and timely care from this practice for all of these years, and upon short notice have gotten necessary documents, injections, specialist recommendations, and perscription refills as necessary over a long period of time. The fact that my children have been generally healthy has been a blessing, but so has the medical care that has been provided through this practice. more

The doctors are really good and listen to whats going on with your child. My child hasn't seen them all, but a couple and they've been nice. The reason I gave them only 2 stars is due to the fact that the quality of the doctor only goes so far. Some of the staff act like you missed the 'do not disurb' sign. They've voiced some weird comments about the pharmacy I use. As someone who works in the insurance field, I find that unprofessional. In a nutshell, trust the doctors, ignore the staff, and BOTH pharmacies in Yarmouth are good! more
