They Really Do Care 1/15/2017

I went in earlier this week for a repair, but there was a problem. The screw was stripped and wouldn't come out of the motor without damaging the manifold and costing me a additional $800. Gary explained all of my options, recommending one, in particular. He felt that with this certain option, he would be able remove the screw without causing further damage. I didn't have the additional $100 for this option, and said I would reschedule when I did. It took and hour to check for the 02 sensor problem and come up with this solution, but he did not charge me a cent! more

Maintenance on 2007 ford edge 10/10/2016

The person that worked on the car was quick, but effient. Explained what he did and if there was any problems (none). The wife was very appreciative as she was the one that brought the car in and waited for it to be finished. more

I had an appointment. They got me right in on schedule, and were done very shortly while I waited. They said I passed, without needing any repairs. That indicates how honest they are. They did not try to sell me service that I didn't need more

I came in with noise in the engine and no AC. The staff said I should not drive home. Before I was taken home, they figured out the problem, ordered a part and gave me a price. They came to my house to pick me up the next day after it was fixed. more
