Just love to bring the kids to listen to the monthly story time. Around holidays they will bring out a story relating to the holiday. They have good selection of children's books here, I love the smell of books anyhow... slouch in a comfy chair and just open books and read a little here and a little there. Pros: Relaxing & good selection more

BARNES AND NOBLES ROCKS! 11/15/2005

Barnes and Noble is a great place to go. They have everythig you could want there! A huge selection of books, music, and a nice quiet atmosphere where you can read and relax. There is also a Starbucks coffee shop. The people who work there are always willing to help. It's just a great place all together! more

Best Bookstore in Area 7/28/2005

Barnes and Noble is usually the class bookseller in any given area, and that's certainly true of their Montrose location. Not only is their book, CD and magazine selection outstanding, but they also sell Starbucks Coffee for your browsing pleasure. This is one of the 2-story B&N stores, which are best because of their spaciouis comfort and much larger stock area. The staff are well-trained. more

This store is EXCELLENT 6/28/2005

I love going here. The store is HUGE and has a lot to offer. The staff is friendly and helpful and if you cant find what you are looking for they will order it for you! It is a really relaxed bookstore, and it has an awesome coffee shop too. more

I drive.... 6/8/2005

I drive 40 minutes to get to this bookstore, and it is worth it. There is an escalator because there are so many books. I love it. The bargain book section is fabulous! more

Books and coffee 6/7/2005

A nice combo. Lots of books and comfortable places to sit and read. The staff is helpful but not obnoxious. Having a Starbucks inside is a great idea. There is always a nice supply of books near the coffee area to read while sipping your favorite beverage. more
