Starbuck cafe in the Barnes & Noble store has been wonderful to deal with. They recently messed up my order, and not only refunded my money, but also gave me a free replacement drink. I love the fact that I can get a cup of coffee and review new magazines and just spend some leisure time in the Cafe. Sandwich options and desserts ad a nice touch too. more
