Customer Service was terrible. 6/24/2008

I called to check on a drain for my bathroom sink. I had been in the day before and pickup up one that was to short for the NEW sink. I asked if someone would measure the length of the second drain (that I knew they had in stock). The people on the phone were very condescending and RUDE. In the past, I have bought a lot of items there to repair my rental house. I will never go back; I will drive to North Bossier and go to Lowe?s or Home Depot. more

You will find what you need here at a very reasonable price. Its a very nice store. This store is very well organized and easy to navigate. The staff here are always willing to help you find just what you need. They have a very nice selection of hardware, lumber, and lawn supplies. more
