Worst

I seen this dentist for a tooth removal. I told them I had difficulty having teeth removed, but they knew better. As it turned out they had great difficulty taking the tooth out...

Best Dental Experience -- EVER! 6/4/2008

First visit--the office is gorgeous, the staff is so friendly and genuine, the pricing is reasonable and the exam was the most thorough (and gentle) exam I've ever had. They encourage questions, ask frequently if you're comfortable, explain EVERYTHING, and they are kind. You have your own "team" that takes care of you. I'm going to need a crown and a few fillings, but I knew that before I made the appointment. This is how a dental office should be...comfortable, uptempo, transparent, friendly (and this one is classy, to boot!) They also are involved in innovative research on sleep disorders and aesthetics. Very cool. I never thought I'd say this about a dentist's office, but I'm actually looking forward to going back. more

Unpleasant 11/12/2007

I seen this dentist for a tooth removal. I told them I had difficulty having teeth removed, but they knew better. As it turned out they had great difficulty taking the tooth out and even had to call in another doctor to try to get it out. I told them I am prone to dry sockets but they knew better. I was in great pain over that weekend until the office opened on Monday, because I had a dry socket. When I was stopped by a train and was 7 minutes late they refused to see me. I would never go back to Healthy Smile. more
