This i we were not informed how long the visit would take with the recalls...sat there over 3 hours ....that is unacceptable

Fast Service 11/9/2014

I hate the hour drive to Bakersfield just for an oil change.. but it's totally worth it for the service I get. Its always fast and the guys usually explain everything that my car requires before doing it. more

Hyundai dealership 11/1/2014

Since I am 88 years old, I have interacted with many car dealerships. I find that Bakersfield Hyundai is superior to many others, including Chrysler, Volkswagen, and Ford. The staff is pleasant and extremely helpful, especially to those who have a slight handicap. The waiting room seating is comfortable and pleasant. All of the staff is considerate of the customer and make the experience a pleasant one. more

Great service great people working there always helpful and frindly 10/28/2014

Usually I hate going to a car dealership to have my car maintenance done, always left feeling ripped off, but at the Bakersfield Hyundai dealership it's not that way. The people working in the service department are always helpful and take time explaining what service is needed for my Santa Fe. I always leave with a feeling of getting value for my money and all the work has been done the right way by people that know what there doing. more

Love him he's so nice always recognizes you try's his best to find the solution to ur problems. is honest with the wait time you would be expecting in the service center. makes the whole car trouble experience a lil but better. more
