This i we were not informed how long the visit would take with the recalls...sat there over 3 hours ....that is unacceptable

Friendly staff and it's always quiet and clean. The service takes a little long at times but I would rather wait longer to make sure the job gets done correctly. more

Delivering "service" in a pinch 6/17/2015

I especially want to commend Sandro D for helping us out in a tight situation. He got us on the road to SF a lot sooner instead of waiting for a part most of the day. It's good to deal with someone who believes and delivers "service" outside of the ordinary. Thank you. more

Excellent Customer Service 6/3/2015

I have been a Hyundai order for the last 3 years. First a Sonata and now an Azera. I have always brought my car in to the Bakersfield dealership to have the maintenance done. They are very helpful, accommodating and VERY friendly. more

Maintenance at dealership, wish faster 6/2/2015

I think Hyundai is a nice facility, however it takes a little too long for just an oil change,multi point inspec. and tire rotation. I don't like having to schedule an appointment wish could just go in and wait for it. Waiting area could use some more refreshments other than water and coffee. Especially when so hot in bakersfield cooler drinks :) more

they always have last minute appointment I never have to wait very long the prices are in my budget range that's a plus the staff there are very friendly then make me feel comfortable more
