Your company came through and helped me start with a new lease on life. I now have hope where hope didn't exist before. I thought any future I had financially was thrown out the window, and I had no way to get it back. I just thought that Uncle Sam, the IRS, was going to put a stamp on my future and say 'NO NO NO'. I never had to wonder what was happening, because even after I paid you what I owed for the service you kept giving me weekly updates. You have to understand, how much that meant to me.
