Good: I like her style and how nice is is. Bad: Having a other doctor see me when I was to see her to go over my lab work and get no answers. The doctor that I saw was more like a car lot sales man lots of pichs and no answer.. Improvements: don't pass them off to a doctor that gave no answers and could not sale a can of soda all he did with made me upset. My Name is David V. I have no answers on my lab work nor what to do about the meds you put me on should I stop what do I do I did not even get a copy of my blood work can you help please or should I just go find someone else cause I will never go back unless its with you only.. more

I have been a patient of Dr. Jalilie for close to 10 years. I'm so lucky to have found her. She never makes me feel rushed during appoitments. She listens to what I have to say. It's the first time a Dr. has let me have any say in my health care. When I go to her with an issue, she won't stop until she has an answer for me. If for some reason she is not in the office or is not available, Dr Kar is very good. more

I and my family have been seeing Dr. Jalilie for over 5 years now. When my wife and I have been forced to change jobs and medical insurance, we make sure the insurance will cover visits to Dr. Jalilie's office. She's knowledgeable and personable and while her underlings sometimes lack a bit of follow-throughedness, we've never felt like her attention was anywhere else but with us during our visits. A word on Dr. Zitman as well (Dr. Jalilie's compatriate) - he's also very kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy. If Dr. Jalilie is unavailable, Dr. Zitman is a more than worthy substitute. Having a specific problem, I went to Dr. Jalilie for the first time thinking she would perform a physical. Instead, she spends all of five minutes with me, asking a question or two, and then leaving. Her personality was nice, but she seemed too rushed and distracted. The five minutes cost $300 and the billing person at the office never returns calls, so don't bother to leave a message. The other doctor there, Dr. Sheldon A. Zitman, is definitely a lot better. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and actually holds a conversation. But he is also very busy and the wait is anywhere from an hour to hour and half after your supposed appointment time. more
