The first time I went to Chincoteague I had no idea what to expect, I had been told by a friend who had been that the island has some nice stuff and also some run down stuff so I was nervous when choosing a hotel.\r
A chose Driftwood Motor Lodge, I like the flyer I got from the chamber of commerce, and I crossed my fingers.\r

I loved it and will go there everytime now! It was beautiful and clean. Super friendly, free breakfast. Our room had beautiful furniture and lots of space, and a view. We didnt expect to also get a fridge and microwave but were very happy to see them, on vacation they really come in handy!\r

The pool was beautiful and quiet, at least when we were there.\r
Just a very nice experience!
