Worst

We went to Ryan's with the hopes of a great meal. Not! Menu looked great and not cheap. Food was not great and portions were very small. Service was good. Maybe the waitresse...

I have had some great meals from BK Ryans, leave the owner alone, he is obviously working very hard. The restaurant business is not easy. Going to pick up a take out meal right now..... . Give it a try, you will NOT be disappointed! more

Great Place, Lousy Owner 3/26/2012

I enjoy the food and the atmosphere very much. The service is always good due to a dedicated staff. The owner always seems to be drunk, anti-social and would be better off staying out of the public eye and allowing his great staff to do what they do best. more

Consistent & Good - Great Service 12/1/2011

Bad Service 11/7/2010

Wow talk about over priced roast beef and drink's. The owner should stay away from public view due to his intoxication! Never go back again. The bartender (young guy) is rude ! more

Lacks customer service. 6/25/2010

Four of us went to lunch. My husband and I received the wrong dishes, but didn't realize it was all wrong {we already told them we didn't order fries} until we had bitten into our sandwiches. {Give us a break , we were hungry}. We couldn't get the waitress's attention. We ate some more and when she finally came back to our table, and said she had made a mistake. She didn't adjust the bill or make any amends. I paid, didn't give a tip and then later called the manager. He said he couldn't do anything about it. This is the last restaurant I'd go back to. Cons: Service is bad and they don't make amends. more

great guinness beef stew! 1/21/2009

Last week my girlfriend and I had dinner at BK Ryans' for the first time. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated, and the menu had so many choices. We started with the banana peppers, the filling was tasty and the peppers were big. I ordered the Guinness Beef Stew...it was huge I had to take more then 1/2 home!!! My girlfriend ordered their fish fry which looked great too and came with homemade fries. The server was friendly and offered recommendations, we will be back for sure!!! Pros: fish fry available 7 days a week Cons: wait-list on friday nights more

food was good but over priced service was poor.Owner was slurring his words an smelled like a ashtray when he delivered our food ,he was drunk! I will not go back Pros: they serve alcohol Cons: the owner is a slob more
