I had a great experience at Avila's El Ranchito! The service was excellent and unlike the claim above the margaritas were served in glasses not cups....I loved the cadillac marga...

Worst

I did give this one a few tries, but each time it really disappointed me. Do not confuse this with "Ricardos El Ranchito" in La Habra! They don't even compare! Food was very disap...

Great food Great Prices 6/13/2008

I had a great experience at Avila's El Ranchito! The service was excellent and unlike the claim above the margaritas were served in glasses not cups....I loved the cadillac margarita. I found the restaurant very welcoming and the menu had a wide variety of great dishes. Great job Avila's! more

I Love This Place! 6/1/2006

My husband and I frequently eat at this resturaunt on the weekends. We drive about 20 minutes from our hoome to get there and it is well worth it. The food is authentic, and I love the healthy choices. If you want exellent salsa and great authentic mexican food, try this place. more

Not My Favorite!! 2/28/2006

I did give this one a few tries, but each time it really disappointed me. Do not confuse this with "Ricardos El Ranchito" in La Habra! They don't even compare! Food was very disappointing, the tostada was floating in tomato sauce! Yuck! We waited forever for our chips and salsa when we first got there, then it seemed our waiter left for a lunch break of his own!! Prices are somewhat high to be so mediocre!! more

Not the greatest! 2/1/2006

Although Avila's El Mariachi is in a prime location, and aesthetically pleasing, it is not very impressive! For one, their margaritas are served in cups. that is not okay in my book, they must be served in Margarita glasses! And two, the only thing on the menu that is good are the chimi- changa things, the rest is mediocre "Mexican" food! very disappointing! more
