The manager is a horrendous and unprofessional and of course it flows down...the staff is even worse. They gave me the wrong brake pads (back instead of front) and caused me to have to replace the calipers after a few months. Don't go here at all costs. I have found Pep Boys to be much more friendly and reputable. The people in the Vernon Autozone are complete MORONS!!
