Auto Works is the best auto shop that I have ever been too. I have lived here for 8 years now and have never gone anywhere else. I'm always treated with respect. They make time to get to know you and I always walk out of there knowing that my car is in the best of care, this last experience was no different. I drove my car to a restaurant to eat with friends and when I came out, saw that the front of my car had been hit. I immediately took it to Auto Works and all my worries went away. They gave me an estimate and explained everything to where I understood what they had to do. They are always so friendly and they make me feel like part of the family. I got my car back earlier than what they thought it would take and it looked amazing, paint job was excellent and all parts fit perfectly, they even detailed it to where it looked brand new, couldn't even tell anything happened to it. I always recommend Auto Works to anyone who needs it. Thank you so much for doing such a spectacular job! more

I was referred to this shop by my insurance company after getting into an accident, when I arrived I was impressed with there professional, friendly staff as well as there location, very clean nice looking, clean very organized, all around felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. First of all I am very particular person with some auto painting experience and I want to tell you they did one of they best jobs I've seen and overall looked like new again. Bad day:Running late for work, spilling coffee on your suit on your way out the door, getting to your car and seeing it was hit while in the parking lot. Not a good time. After talking to some co-workers, the consensus was I need to take the car to Auto Works on Wiles Road in Coral Springs. Was told they've been there practically forever. Stopped in after work, and WOW! They turned a really bad day around for me. Very professional, but also friendly. Gave me an estimate, explained exactly what needed to be fixed. They use environmentally friendly paint products which was a pleasant surprise. They told me when the car would be ready, and it was actually ready that day! When I got my car back, it looked like it did when I bought it! They detailed the whole thing, and had it looking better than I ever did! So glad my co-workers recommended this place to me. Anytime I need ANYTHING done to my car, this is where I'm going, and anytime anyone I know needs a body shop, this is where I send them. Went in for a simple detail. Ended up costing me 700$ I brought my car in for a detail and instead i received my car back half intact. The inexperienced detailer knocked my antenna off and just tried to cover it up by putting it back on(The antenna is bolted on with 8 bolts). this was not apart you can just buy the cover part we needed the whole thing. when confronted about the matter the rude lady that works there claimed i was threatening her and hung up on me. if you have any dignity and actually like your car DO NOT BRING IT HERE. more

When my wife crashed my brand new Mercedes SL I was absolutely heart broken. Although the most important thing in my life was not harmed (wife), my Mercedes was in shambles. I was very concerned when my insurance company decided not to total the car and to repair it instead. They recommended me to Auto Works and assured me that they are among the best and will take very good care of my vehicle. The day i walked into the office, I felt much better about the whole situation. The office was very clean and they had all kinds of certifications and information about the products they use in the repair process. They even use a special environmentally safe paint which made my wife very happy. When i asked Lori if the paint would last, she assured me that they offer a lifetime warranty on all their repairs and that Ferrari and Lamborghini use the same products at their factories. The owners are a very nice couple who seemed to be very personable and professional. The first thing that Lori asked me when she saw the car was if my wife was ok. Lori said that they would coordinate all the details of the repair with my insurance company and that we did not need to do anything beyond leave the car in their hands. Needless to say, my wife and I walked out of the shop feeling much more confident about my car being repaired. We were very surprised when we got a phone call saying that the car was finished 3 days earlier than originally promised. When we picked up the car, we were shocked!!!! Not only did the car look and drive great, but they detailed the entire car. In fact, the car actually looked better than it did when we dropped it off. They even used touch up paint to cover the chips I had on the hood from rocks on the highway for free. I would recommend this shop to anyone who has the unfortunate need for a body shop. When I took my car to Auto Works, I was expecting great service. Instead I got disaster. My baby blue Mazda 3 was rear ended by a dump truck and someone told me to take it to Auto Works. They took my car in and within 3 days, I recieved my car back. I thought all was well until I realized the trunk wasn't closing properly. I had to get out of work and go back so they could re align the trunk properly. After that I noticed there was a mildew smell in the car. I couldn't figure out why the car started smelling when I only owned it for a couple of months and the car is a brand new 2008 car. One morning, after a long night of raining, I was at a light and came to a stop. I went to reach into my back seat and saw that my entire back seat was filled with water. I went to Mazda and they said the trunk was not sealed after it had been replaced by AUTOWORKS. The trunk had a foot of water that had washed into the back seat. I was lucky. Mazda took it under their warranty because they have the best customer service. I refused to bring my car back to Autoworks and will spread the word that they are TERRIBLE. Unfortunaly, when we need to contact a collision center, it is because we had some bad luck. I have been living in Coral Springs for over 20 years. I had my share of accidents. I took my cars to many places including, Action Auto, Pompano Honda,J&G and others. Most of the time, I had to bring the cars back due to problems, including waves in the paint,overspray or electrical. About 10 years ago, I was recommended to Auto Works Collision and Paint, in Coral Springs. The owners, Guy and Lori, were very helpful. My experience with their work was so GREAT that I bring my cars there and recommend them to all my friends. They are HONEST!!. They do the RIGHT thing for you. They will make sure the car is fixed 100% the first time and they work for YOU , not for the insurance company. There are even times when I stopped by with help on something little, and their son came out and adjusted it and when I tried to tip him, he refused the tip. This is a REAL FAMILY business, who cares about YOU and your car. They also go out of their way to help the community and sponser many activites including Coral Springs Soccer.
