On July 26, 2009, Authentic Brothers Towing (working through the Auto Club) was called to tow our car which had an electrical problem. Sometime during the process of towing the 2006 Saab from our home to the dealership in Santa Ana. A large scratch was put on the driver's side of the car. The tow truck driver denied causing the scratch (which was later repaired at the cost of $1,100).
When I talked to Elsa, the officer manager for Authentic Brothers, her comment was that ""of course, the driver would deny causing it."" Further, Elsa promised the her company would pick up the $250 deductible we had to pay. Like her driver, Elsa lied. No payment was forthcoming and she refused to take phone calls. The Auto Club was of no help.
I found Authentic Brothers Towing to be inept and dishonest, breaking promises all along the line.
Cons: I can't imagine worse service
