I used to be a somewhat loyal customer. But one day my husband went to get us some coffee and came home and handed mine to me. I took a drink and almost instantly threw up. I could taste the sugarfree taste. My husband then made a comment that he couldn't believe that we were paying 5.00 for a 32 oz. coffee with only 2 shots of coffee in it. I took our coffee back to the stand and was immediatly appauled. First of all the girl that helped me was extremely inappropriatly dressed. She had a shirt on the said ""Lets Have (badword)"" on and to me looked like a tramp. I explained to her what the problem was with my drinks. She then stated that she is the one who helped my husband and that he asked for extra chocolate in his coffee so that is why he couldn't taste the coffee in his drink. Then she assured me that she did not use sugarfree powder in my drink. Now I dont know about anyone else, but I can taste the artifical sweetener in sugarfree products. It is a horrible taste. I asked her to remake my coffee and my husbands and to use the proper amount of coffee in his drink. She rolled her eyes at me and finally remade the drinks while she was complaining to the other server there. While I was telling her that she was going to remake my drinks I also told her that I wanted my money back. She remade the drinks, and when I asked for my money back she said that they don't give refunds. I took another drink of my coffee and again it tasted like sugarfree. I asked if maybe the accidently put the sugarfree powder in the regular one and I was told that was impossible. I then told the girl that I no longer wanted my drinks but wanted my money back and asked for the number to the manager/owner. The girl then called the manager and told her I would be calling there to complain. I called the manager and was told by the manager that she didn't care about how I was treated or if I ever came back. Well she won't have to worry I will never go back.
Cons: bad customer service, horrible prices, not much selection in sizes.
