Gentle Dental was great and I hate going to the dentist! 12/1/2011

I am the biggest chicken when it comes to going to dentist. I don't like to have to get the shots but they were great. The dental assistant and Dr. Ayesh were very knowledgeable about my tooth problem and were very quick and gentle when fixing it. The girls at the front desk were very nice and knew what they were doing as well. more

Front Office to be desired 11/7/2011

This is the first dental office I have been asked to pay for services up front and each time I paid was given an amount that was not correct after speaking to my insurance. The Office overcharged me for my dental work. I still have not been reimbursed the amount Gentle Dental owes me. I have contacted my insurance. The office lacks proper customer service skills. One person in the office seems unhappy to be employed here and it shows in her treatment to dental customers. more

My first visit 10/27/2011

and hopefully my last in search of a "good" dentist (I am new in the area)I believe I found the most excellent one. Based on the info provided by phone, the paperwork, as a new patient, was ready just needed to be signed (I said to myself: This is a good sign.) Picked up a travel magazine from the rack, started to read a good article about natural beauty of Norway, when I was graciously "interrupted." The doctor was ready to see me. With my next visit I will try to finish that article. I do not know any names yet, and this is fine, because my words of utmost praise go to everyone there. Thank you. more

Excellent care 10/12/2011

I Transferred from another gentle dental and was very doubtful that I would receive the right dental care, but I was wrong. ALL GENTLE DENTALS ARE NOT THE SAME. I was treated with the best care here! more

The only bad things that I had to go through was waiting for my tooth to be crowned for months and then it came in with the color gray and it looks awful. There are not enough words to describe it. However the dentist, and I still don't know his name said he would fix it. In the meantime it is in my mouth, a front tooth no less, and I have to be careful not to smile or talk too loud. So there you have it. I mean awful. Thank you though for all of you to be so up and positive and courteous. Barbara Goldman more

Appointment at Turtle Dental 8/19/2011

This is my third attempt at doing business with Gentle Dental. The dentist is great but the wait is more painful than the work. Every appt. has been delayed by at least 1/2 hour. I'm really getting tired of showing up on time and watching the paternity programs with Maury Povich!! And by the way, on my last visit I received a traffic ticket for speeding so as not to be late!!! more

dental cleaning 8/9/2011

had a 10AM appt. was taken back to exam room at 10:25. I arrived at 9:50. I assume that the patient ahead of me was late, thus delaying my appt start time. Your practice should enforce a $10 fee for every 5minutes a patient is late. I almost walked out as I am greatly annoyed when appointment times are not upheld. I did wait and was rewarded by a thorough and conscientious procedure by hygienist Sandra. more

I found my dentist!! 8/4/2011

This location has great customer service, and the cleaning they did on my teeth was exceptional. My teeth and gums actually felt better after the cleaning that was long overdue. The staff are very attentive and the Dentist was eager to answer any and all questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. more

Regular Quarterly Cleaning 7/13/2011

The dental hygienist was very helpful in pointing out how I can improve my checkups. The molar teeth in my lower jaw are hard to get to, and, perhaps with better dexterity with the toothbrush I can begin to get better results. more

Since a made the app. the all team service was excellent, they send me a letter with all the information, then a call a few days before to my app. and now an thank you email, they treat the client so good. Very professional more
