When you walk in the front door you are welcomed, genuinely welcomed. The Doctor gave me confidence that my dentures would be done right. I had also insured that by buying the top of the line dentures which, include the warranty. I was there because the dentures I had in mouth were made by a local dental lab 15 months ago were so bad they made my TMJ hurt for the first time in my life. Every adjustment they made made it worse. more

My experience at Aspen Dental was great love Dr Patel and his assistants Nika and Selma they were very good and kept me comfortable and informed of everything they were going to do. Also Jennifer the office manager helped me get my loan with out her I couldn't have done any of it Thank you all for the great experience and looking forward to my next appointment.Marlene Ramirez. more

I have been going to Aspen for a few years now. The staff is great. Tiffany, hygienist and Dr. Patel are good at what they do as well as the rest of the staff. Always treated me with care and make sure that I understand everything before they start and after they are done. I have had very good service from them. Also as I mentioned I have been going there for a few years now most all the staff is still there. That means a lot! Thank you Aspen! more

I've been to many dentists since my dentist from when I was young retired. Just never found one that I could stay with as I had lost 6 teeth knocked out from a car accident when I was a kid. After 40 years with a bridge I finally had to get dentures. I got them from a different dentist and they kept breaking. Three dentists later I decide to try Aspen Dental. That was a great move. They figured out the type of denture I needed after two of them from there had brokenand the price wasn't outrageous. Did I mention that they're guaranteed so when they broke I had no problem getting a new denture. I've now had my new dentures for a few months and they fit great. And still haven't broken. This is a new record. You can't do any better than Aspen Dental in Machesney Park. more

Aspen Dental in Machesney Park is wonderful! Dr. Patel is a great dentist that really cares for his patients. The office manager Jill was so nice and helped me get on a payment plan that fit what I could afford. The rest of the staff Deb, Amber, Selma and Tiffany are great as well. I will recommend them to everyone! more

You will not find a more caring and professional staff. They truly care about their patients. The receptionists and administrative staff are super-organized and helpful; they answered numerous questions and worked with me to figure out how to reduce the costs on my end. I always feel that Dr. Patel and the practice has my health and interests in mind, and not just their bottom line, when they make treatment recommendations. more
