When I made my appointment they said bring 2 IDs then when I got there they didn't ask for any.I was the only patient there and it it took at least 30 minutes to get called back and finally the doctor came in and she pointed at the screen and her nail was so dirty. I thought I was going to throw up. They are not friendly at all. more

I see the only other 2 reviews were written over a year ago and I must disagree with them.My son had a visit with them yesterday due to pain in 4 teeth.When the appointment was made he was surprised that he got in right away.The waiting room was empty except or an older man complaining about having to come back to have work done that should have already been done. Hummm starting to see a pattern here ? A dental office that offers free visits for the first time?I would have thought the room would be full.After the dentist poked and jabbed around his mouth which of course caused more pain he was sent home with antibiotics and told to return Wednesday.When he asked for pain killers he was refused! So off he went only to be in more pain.He called back and begged for something if only to get him through til Wednesday! Her reply? She wasn't giving him anything and he could take it or leave it! TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!! Professional caring ? 2 words that should not be used in the same sentence when talking about this dentist. Unless you put the words lack of first. Free first visit? I guess you get what you pay for! more

Aspen Dental has been fantastic. The first experience was the appointment. I scheduled one for June and my company decided to send me out of town that week, so I had to reschedule. Aspen actually worked me in earlier and started about a month sooner than my original appointment. At my first visit, everything went fantastic; the staff was extremely nice and very helpful in setting up a schedule to complete the dental work and meet my unusual schedule. I was extremely pleased with the first visit and all that was accomplished. The staff was very professional and accomodating on helping me arrange my appointments in a timely manner. I have STRONGLY disliked "going to the dentist" since childhood! I have very sensitive teeth, and over the years, I have had some really bad/painful experiences, with dentists/dental procedures, due to impatient dentists, and their lack of concern regarding the level of numbness achieved, before beginning the procedure. Then there are those dentist/dental staff, that are just plain rude. Pros: null Cons: null more
