The staff at Aspen Dental is always very friendly and knowledgable. My only issue is that I had to wait over 2 and a half hours for just a cleaning and short consultation with the office manager. I realize that it is a large office that caters to many, but that is far too long to have to wait for such an appointment. When they realized they had forgotten to process my paperwork, they were very kind. more

I have never been to a worst dentist. Rushed, chaotic... I was stressed out to begin with because I hate going to the dentist, and nothing about the emloyees or the dentists made me feel at ease. From the minute I walked into that place, I felt uncomfortable, but I chalked it up to my nerves. The waiting room was packed, the lady dentist (don't know her name, but she was indian and probably in her 50's) was beyond fake. So disingenuine. The dental hygienist, Yvonne, with the short brown hair made me feel stupid for not going to the dentist for the last 10 years. I couldn't go because of other health concerns and no dental insurance. I felt as though she was judging me with the things she said, and she was so abrupt and just rude. Then to top it all off, the office manager seemed completely miserable, and like work was the last place she wanted to be. She was also rude and not very understanding at all. The place had so much dirt on the floor and dust in the corners. Very unorganized. Very disturbing. Felt like all they wanted was my money more

Awful experience. \r Office manager Lisa, made me feel like a child when I didn't understand the fees and what needed to be done. Very short with me. Felt like the dr only wanted my money. Felt pressured to make a decision and to start the work needed. The tall girl with brown hair who took my X-rays seemed rushed and she was absolutely miserable. Not gentle and it hurt me. Dirty facility. \r I will not be back more

I was in search of a dentist who could assist me with my terrible problem with my teeth. I had heard of Aspen Dental from two acquaintances who had received treatment from them and were truly satisfied with the outcome. I was also in need of a place that could help me financially, as well, being that my income is less than accommodating. I went to my first consultation with Aspen Dental, which was free, and they gave me a warm welcome, an honest opinion, and set me off in the right direction. I went back to them for my procedures and everything went off without a hitch. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. They are very nice people, and I would definitely say they are professionals. They know what they are doing, and they are there to help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of dental work. more

I had an emergency. I broke a tooth and I moved far away from my dentist. I called Aspen, I got appointment the same day......they tried to sell me 8,ooo.00 dollars worth of "work on my teeth" but the broken tooth was put on hold for 30 days...til next avaliable appointment...would you call that emergency treatment? More is breaking off my tooth and I will probably have my tooth extracted instead of a crown...what a fricken JOKE!!!! more
