I've been to a lot of Aspen Dental's Cortland by far is the best one I've been to even if the drive is longer I don't mind at all! LOVE you guys!! more

Aspen dental in Cortland is the BEST!!\r I was so scared in coming in with two teeth that were clipped, I finally go the nerve to stop in and they got me in that very morning. They were so accommodating. I was a littler nervous and the girl, Danielle up front talked to me the entire time and my concerns went out the window. When I was getting my Xrays done Kaylie was very compassionate and talked me the entire time. Doctor McCraith and Loren are a great team. They worked together in communicating to me what is going on and made me feel at ease. Jaimie the office manager kept coming back and asking if I was okay and needed anything:-) She also helped me with my insurance on what to start because it was the end of December because in January it renews. She saved me a lot of money and I am very thankful for that. She went over everything and made me understand better any questions that I still had. What an AWESOME TEAM!!! I would like to give this office 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you again. more

10 STARS!!!!!! I will be sending everyone that I know to ASPEN DENTAL in CORTLAND. Everyone is so nice!! Everyone made my visit so great! The Doctor, Jamie, Kaylie, Heather, Danielle, and Loren all made me feel that I actually wanted to be at a dentist office and not many people can say that:-) more

I want to give a big thanks to the whole crew at Cortland Aspen Dental. I haven't been to the dentist in years. I walked in very nervous, and walked out very confident and walked out with a second family. Everyone was great! Doctor McCraith went over everything in great detail and made me feel very comfortable. Then hygienist came in and explained even more about my cleaning. The girls up front are very welcoming and know what they are talking about. Jaimie the office manager was very informative about everything that I needed done and went over different ways to help me with cost. She knows her stuff let me tell you, and in a way that is very understandable. I can't thank them enough and they deserve big end of the year bonuses 10 stars all the way!!! more

Before going to see Dr. McCraith I hadn't been to a dentist in 6 years due to bad experiences!! I let my teeth go and with his gentleness and care for his patients, I will NEVER go anywhere else!! Thank you Aspen in Cortland for relieving my anxiety of dentists!! I appreciate you helping me find my smile again! :) more
