Was a bit concerned when they started my x-rays. Open instruments were laying out uncovered. Technician picked up without gloves, hesitated, then put on gloves and pulled out unopened instruments. Cleaning was done in a very short time! Faster than usual. The floor in the area where teeth were cleaned was very, very dirty. Office needed some heavy janitorial cleaning work. Staff was pleasant enough but the Dentist who examined me did very fast and didn't explain anything to me.
