I found Art through my daughter's landlord. He responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and did not run up a huge bill. He was just the kind of person you would feel comfortable with working in your home. His number is first on my ""Repair Call List"". Pros: Quick to respond and diagnose problem. He shows up within minutes of his appointment. He works quickly & cleanly and his pricing is fair.\r \r If more skilled trades behaved this way people wouldn't agonize over calling them. more

good old fashioned customer service 9/28/2008

My mother lives alone in Houston and Art is the only person I can trust to acess her home when I am not there with her. The company is a husband and wife team that strives to communicate constantly ,they let me know when they are arriving and what needs to be done, A # 1 in my book. Pros: nononense more
