Arthur Edwards Pools

Warning.........If anyone is looking to put in a swimming pool ..Do Not Use Arthur Edwards Pools !!!!....They are a scum bag company....They use flex pipe plumbing for in ground pools, which if you do an internet search comes up with hundreds of stories of termites and animals eating through the pipe....My pool is leaking now and when I called they said they don't warranty the plumbing in the ground....The company was horrible from the beginning. Not showing up when they were supposed to , not calling back. The pool took an extra month than what they said it would. Just a warning so you don't have to go through what I am going through, having to break up my patio to get to leaking plumbing. more

We just had a pool put in by Arthur Edwards. First let me say almost everyone I spoke to regardless of who put in their pool seems to have some gripe with their pool company. So overall the Sales guy Kevin was great. Extremely professional in explaining the different pools you will see on the market and what they offer. After he was done we never saw him again. He always refereed us back to the office. The process we were told was a 3 week process at the time we were being sold, but the day they showed up to excavate they said 4. And 4 wks it was. The Pool is now in. I have had an electrician, several mason's, my sprinkller guy and several propane guys show up for various things. Everyone says the same thing. The job I got was extremely well done, very neat and really impressive. So to rate them I would say up front I really liked them, in the middle they were OK, but in the end we got a great pool! more

i agree with the above post. i had a pool put in not that long ago and found the same tactics. Once the contract was signed, service was horrible, nickel and dimed for everything, basically a nightmare. more
