Honesty and Superior Service 11/20/2014

I've been using Arizona Auto & Radiator Repair for about a year now and am impressed with their honesty and superior service. When I dropped off my vehicle this morning, Jaren had already researched the items needed to complete the 35,000 mile service, and we discussed each. It love knowing that I can trust these guys to provide great service at a reasonable cost. I feel like a member of the family - and I'll be back! more

Service for Ford Ranger Nov 2014 11/18/2014

Service was good as always. I like receiving e-mail reminders for service but the system is now making appointments for me. I received an e-mail confirmation on the day of this visit for my next appointment on 16 Feb 2015. I don't know what I will be doing on 16 Feb 2015 and I don't want to have to remember to change or confirm that appointment. I want to react on my own to e-mail reminders, not be told the date of my next appointment. If the system works as it appears, AZ Auto may have an unannounced no-show for 16 Feb 2015. more

Bumper to Bumper 11/16/2014

Had Danny & his crew install a stubby recovery bumper with spare tire carrier onto my 2015 Jeep JK Unlimited. Excellent work, as usual. This shop is my "go to" auto shop in Sierra Vista. Highly recommend for fixing things to Customer Service. more

Arizona Auto was a pleasant surprise from all of the others. The personnel were fantastic, from the front desk to the wrench jockeys! They looked at everything above and beyond what I asked them to front to back and the recommendations were detailed and comprehensive. My issue was something simple, yet the inspection revealed much more that needs to be done and, ultimately, I found that the quoted prices were extremely reasonable! I believe that I have found a new mechanic to work on the big stuff that I simply cannot do on my own. Arizona Auto is, in my opinion, a great place to take that mechanical family member and they treat it as such! more

On short notice Ann-Marie and staff took my vehicle and within a few hours had it running again. The estimate was accurate and most important there were no costly surprises. I would highly recommend you bring your vehicle to Ann-Marie and Danny, whether you have an emergency or routine maintenance. more

To be the best, you've gotta beat the best! Arizona Auto and Radiator has the best total experience in car care in the greater Sierra Vista/ Fort Huachuca area. I'd go bigger, but it just doesn't matter. If you have an issue with your auto, this is the place you want to take it. more
