My wife and I had been repeat clients of Mr Aragon for several years. Recently my wife was in an accident. Mr Aragon agreed to treat her and bill the insurance claim for payment. After several very painful visits and many bruises later my wife decided to seek treatment at another facility. Instead of billing the insurance claim immediately, Mr Aragon waited several weeks; at which time a legal power of attorney was in place with the insurance company. Again, this would not have been an issue had the bill been processed in a timely manner.\r

After many weeks of our legal representative attempting to explain the process that must be followed due to the law Mr Aragon resorted to harassing phone calls to my wife. When he was directed back to our attorney, Mr Aragon decided to file a suit against his own client for a bill that our attorney made several attempts to contact their office and settle which was met with hostility and being hung up on. \r

Our attorney has since made full payment, based on the documents that he was provided by Mr Aragon, to settle the account, including fees that are higher than the ""usual and customary"" amounts. We merely wished to resolve the issue and cut ties, so we paid the unusually high fees.Today we received another letter from Mr Aragon's office attempting to extort more.\r
