Visited April Sound Country Club ""Party on the Patio"". The food and service is terrible. The club likes to hire members children who have no experience waiting tables and have bad attitudes, and act like punks.
Ordered a bacon cheese burger with cayenne pepper. Was told that since my order was ""so"" complex that I would have to wait much longer. The burger came out rare, fully pink throughout, ice cold buns, and no seasoning as they were not able to locate any ""red"" pepper.
The party on the patio menu also had burgers that were precooked and a few friends ordered two. The burgers came out ice cold like from a fridge, and not even the meat was heated up.
Placed an order for 2 orders of egg rolls at 8PM but only came out with 1 order because they were sold out. The ""party"" only started at 7PM.
I can go on and on but my 1 star is based upon going to the April Sound Country Club numerous times. As residents, I have been to the pool, the club, and party on the patio numerous times, and always its the same. April Sound Country Club provides for poor service and bad food.
At 11:01PM the April Sound Country Club crew came lead by a very rude Trent told us to pick up our phones, and proceeded to remove all plates and cups and tablecloth from the table. Our unfinished drinks were in the trash in a split second before we could ask them to stop. Then we were told to get up as they were taking the table, in a most rude fashion.
