Within the last year, we purchased a range top, a dishwasher, a washer, and a dryer from the manager, Steve McAndrews. He REALLY knew his stuff, and was very helpful and easy to deal with at purchase...but his true ability came through when the washer turned out to be a lemon. He immediately ordered us a brand new one, which was delivered less than 3 short weeks later. No argument, no excuses -- just an apology, and a super quick remedy. We won't ever go any place else!!
