Took Sonata in for schedule NAV update. Service found that a "recall" was also available for this model. We had received no notice of this, but they replaced rear lower control ...

incomplete repair 3/22/2014

Took Sonata in for schedule NAV update. Service found that a "recall" was also available for this model. We had received no notice of this, but they replaced rear lower control arms and did the follow-up alignment. This showed the left front wheel severely out of align. They did not discuss this with me. When my husband took it in to get the alignment completed, they told him that strut and control arm were damaged. Why did this need a second and now a third trip to get fixed? They could have told me this the first time and it would have been repaired by now. Our repair dealing with this place have all necessitated many trips for things that could have bee done right the first time. more

Disorganized 3/13/2014

My 2013 Hyundai needed a part, was told it would be in within 3 days and would be called. No call from them, after I called 3 times I finally received a call back. Told part would take another week, but when I went home there was a message from early in the morning that the part was in, but it wasn't! more

Recall 12/12/2013

Very poor communication among co-workers. Lacking courtesy and hospitality. Was not told about waiting room. Found it and it SUCKED! No coffee. No cream. No snacks and waited for nearly 3 hours for something that should have only been 45 mins. TOPS. more

I had the worst experience buying my car here but I decided to come back for the service which thankfully was a much better experience. I recommend that you do NOT buy a car here because you will be cheated out of a good deal but it is a decent place (so far) for your service appointments. more
