We love joe. He was so helpful with our dog rufus, We had a cyst removed from his paw and he saved his toes from being amputated. They even helped when he was dying. Thanks to them we have beautiful memories. Now we take our new dog precious who we saved, I don't trust anyone else. more

We have seen both Dr. Liljenquist and Dr. Brown, but Dr. Brown is our main vet. He is the best thing that has ever happened to our animals!! He is so caring and personable! My husband is the pickiest person ever when it comes to vets, and he adores ""Dr. Ben."" The prices are steep, but we don't care because we absolutely love having Dr. Brown as our vet. He calls us weekly to check on our brood (7 pets total). Some of his staff may be spacey, but that can be expected anywhere. If price is an issue, it is understandable to look elsewhere, but they will work out a payment plan for you and try to cut out any unnecessary tests or procedures. We love them!!! I have been using Animal Medical Clinic with Dr. Lindquist for years, and have always been satisfied until the past year. Something has changed, and I now routinely get overcharged (at least double the going rate) for all services I've used. In addition, the staff is not knowledgeable and I have had several recent experiences where I have been misled (whether on purpose or because of ignorance I'm not sure) regarding medical procedures on my dogs. After having consistent poor customer service, lack of sufficient subject matter knowledge by the staff, and outrageous overcharging I have been forced to switch clinics. For Davis County residents I recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to the Sugarhouse Veterinary Hospital and seeing Dr. James Barton. Pros: Dr. Lindquist is a good surgeon. Cons: Recent drasitc overpricing and misinformation from office staff. more
