I was very satisfied with the service that I received from this business. This store now actually has 2 locations, one in Rockaway and another in Staten Island, but I had visited the Rockaway location in search of someone to install commercial carpeting in my rental apartment. I was recommened to ANG carpeting through a friend who had bought an area rug from them and mentioned that the service and price was very nice.
The location in Rockaway is quite small, but nonetheless has everything that you would be looking for. The owner greeted me when I arrived and helped tirelessly to get me the color and style of carpet that I wanted. It seems as though it is a small family business and they were very appreciative of my business with them and treated me very nicely. He was also very honest about price. This is something that is very important to me.
I was also very satisfied with the time with which the carpet was installed. It was installed and finished in the following few days after I went in.
Prices were incomparable with places such as Lowes and Home Depot. I realized that with big places such as those, they charge extra from installation and padding and labor. At ANG carpeting I saved a lot of money, the installation price and padding were all included in the estimate that I received.
Quality of work was also very good. I am still very happy to this day and will return to them for my flooring and carpeting needs.
I definitly recommend ANG for anyone searching for a good price accompanied by good quality, honesty and a smiling face.
