Anderson's Towing SAVED ME BIG TIME! I'm one of those people that locks my keys in my car ALL THE TIME. I mean, every couple weeks. Not only is it embarrassing and a huge drag, but I also HATE having to deal with the tow truck people, but not with Anderson's! I was so scared in the dark parking lot, but they opened my truck in no time and made me feel safe. Very friendly, unlike most tow truck drivers. I recommend Anderson's to anyone who is ever in car trouble. I will definitely be calling them again the next time I lock my keys in my truck. Best service I have ever experienced. To those of you who ever had your car impounded, I'm glad mine was at Anderson's Tow in Ceres,Ca. My 2010 BMW got impounded and at first I was afraid someone at the tow yard would damage or steal the contents inside. So I went there to get my belongings and was shocked at how clean, well maintained, polite the people and place was! Definately not what you see on tv! They have a well secured facility, lit and even cameras watching! I felt my car was in a safe enviroment, just wished I would have paid all those past speeding tickets years ago! I was stranded on the side of the freeway and was told a truck would be to me withing 30-45 minutes, to my surprise he showed up within 15 minutes! He treated me with respect and handled my car as tho it was his own. more

About 3 weeks ago I went into a pott whole in one of MOdesto's well maintained streets. My front right control arm came loose causing the tire to go into the fender. I called my insurance company. The first company that came out showed up with a boom truck. This grease ball wanted to ""sling"" my lowered '70 mustang! Not my baby! The second company had a rollback truck but the guy didn't know what he was doing. He said he only had 3 days expierance! So I gave up on the insurance and called Andersons tow. I used them sometime back with a good expierance. This guy showed up in about half an hour. He was polite and most of all knew what he was doing. He loaded my car as if it was his own and unloaded it the same. Pros: knowledgeable Cons: non more

Very late at night, very stormy. tried hard to make it home. didnt make it. didnt know who to turn to. Called Andersons tow. They arrived before expected, the driver was extremely helpful, and friendly. Got me home safe and sound. Treated my vehicle like it was his own. I hope I never need to use a tow truck again, but, If I do, Andersons towing will be the only company that I will ever use. Pros: on time, courteous, proffessional. Cons: none that come to mind more
