Anderson Home Inspection Svc

I would definitely not recommend Anderson Home Inspection to anyone. What we thought would be a great first home buying experience, turned into a lot of surprises. Ones we (and others, plumbers etc...) felt should have been caught. And now are being caught too late. On top of that we've felt the whole experience was handled unprofessionally. I would urge others to seek out someone else. more

My being rude was asking my client to read and sign the agreement prior to the inspection. This is required by my insurance company. She wanted to read it after the inspection. I told her I couldn't do the inspection without the signature and I would leave so she could hire another inspector. She didn't like that option, so grudgingly she signed but the tone of the relationship was set. I stand behind my inspection 100%. Please see Angies List for other reviews. more

I used Don Anderson for the purchase of my first home. Withing the first minutes of the inspection, Don was rude and condescending. I asked questions and he was completely put out and intolerant. My real estate agent tried to ask a question and was told to read the report when he sends it. The report Don sent was mostly CYA information. There was little about the house. What was written was vague. The report was of poor quality and the service was of poor quality. He mentioned a few items but did not really go over his findings or give practical suggestions. He did not go over the report with me which is in contrast to experiences I have heard from others. The report was emailed the following day. Over all A BAD experience. What a waste of my money and time! I learned nothing. I found Don on the internet but I sure wish I would have used one of the people recommended by my real estate agent. more
