Wished I had check with the b b b before working with them. Asked them to look at front driver side jack, shower that leaks and broken window. When dropping off rv, our tailgate was damaged while they/employees instructed my husband to move/drive. Should have known then, asked them to call and inform us of problem and estimate of cost. No Call until they said it was done. When picking it up we were billed for 11 hours of work, new motor and two new jacks. Part costs were fine, but LABOR??? Was told that motor was out of date??? Tried to discuss issues, service manager got nothing, just ignoring/avoiding us. Our battery was dead in rv when picked up. We paid too much. Didn?t get our old parts! Went in next day to talk with s.m.and he said would see what boss would about tailgate and he couldn't find leak in shower, nothing about window.Thank goodness though. We asked for them to either pay our deductible or use their insurance to pay for tailgate. Didn't ask them for money back for their excessive labor charge.Left many messages, no call back until two days later, s.m. said they wouldn't do anything but give us an estimate to repair tailgate, yah right, so we can get robbed again. Took to another rv place, said it was a long time for labor, out of date motor?-as long as it works shouldn't been replaced and he found the leak in shower very easily.
