Bartending is something that I have always wanted to do. Since I am in college I need a job and I figured that I could take this skill anywhere. Jean was a great teacher she not only makes sure you know your stuff, but that you are also enjoying yourself. My favorite part of class was mixing the drinks and learning about alcohol awareness. I learned a lot and you get out what you put into the class. more

The class was great it shows the students in a nice and simple way that bartending is fun and exciting and most of all not that difficult to do. Jean made it easy she was patient and got me involved in being passionate about being a bartender. more

All I can say is great knowledge gained,and I am ready to apply this right away. Jeanie helped me with my resume and gave me mock one on one interviews. It was nerve racking at first but I felt better about what to expect out there. more

Greatest Ever! 5/4/2012

I'd been bartending a little and loved it and wanted to do it all the time and get my certification. The classes here were hands on and had 'customers' aka students ordering drinks and the instructor calling out drinks to us to help get us ready :) Jeanie has the best sense of humor. I learned soooooo much! more

Future bartender 4/28/2012

My friends and I were talking about the hospitality field because that's what we do we are servers. I have been doing this a long time and I felt that I needed to expand my knowledge. Everyone says you don't need bartending school you can learn on the job. I beg to differ, in all my years as a server I knew how to make drinks but I did not know why i was doing things. So I met with Jeanie and Joe at the American bartenders school in little falls. The experience was wonderful. I felt like I got a well rounded explanation of what it was like to be a bartender. Now I know that its just not about the drinks but what experiences can you bring to the customer to make them have a great time. I really learned a great deal thanks so much. more

Bartender Bootcamp 4/19/2012

My girlfriend bought me a Groupon to take a Bartending class at the New Jersey location. It was fun and I learned a lot more about being a better home bartender. I learned what drinks are to be shaken and which ones are stirred, along with the proper glassware. Again, it was a fun 2 hours behind the bar mixing and shaking like a real bartender! more

Interesting, Fun & Informative 4/13/2012

I work in the food service industry and that's the only think I didn't know and I've always been interested in bartending, soooo I took the course here. Jeanie are Joe are great teachers. They make class very interesting and have interesting techniques to learn the information! more

Very Good 4/5/2012

I needed a new challenge and of course needing to make extra money so I decided that bartending would take care of both needs. First I liked Jeanie she kept it very real and then Joe works really well with us students and is very understanding. Both of them are so nice and work with you. Very great school! more

Wine Course was Informative 2/19/2012

I generally do not write reviews online, yet I had a very good experience with the wine course at the American Bartenders School in Little Falls, NJ, The class was 2 hours and very informative. Now I feel knowledgeable and not intimidated by the vast info about wine that is out there. The class provdided detailed and understandable information. It was great! more

Top Notch Learning Experience . I liked the directors talks and how she presented the class lessons. I wanted to learn how to tend bar so I could get a good and make money. Part time work is what I had in mind. more

Informative and Fun 2/1/2012

Informative and fun was my experience at American Bartending School in Little Falls, NJ. I took the class to bring in more money and I know I will enjoy being a bartender. My instructor Jeanie had a sense of humor, patient, and told us stories of her experiences in the industry. Learning behind a real bar and hearing her real experiences were a good way to learn. more

Fun 2 Hour Mixology Class 1/31/2012

I always wanted to know a bit more about bartending for parties at my home. Found a fun class on Groupon for a 2 hour mixology class at American Bartenders School. It was fun and very informative. I even got behind the bar and learned to make some drinks in that class. Exactly what I needed to make my home parties have an extra flair! We had a theme party last week featuring a French Martini, it was a big hit. Thanks more

I always heard that bartenders make serious money. YES, now I know it is trueI took the course at American Bartending School and loved taking the class. Fun and easy. I searched around Northern New Jersey for a school and decided on the Little Falls NJ school. The results are there, good training and working now as a bartender. more

This is it! I learned to bartend and working 1/25/2012

I found the training and experience at the American Bartending School in Little Falls, NJ to be an excellent one. The instructor was experienced and broke everything down. I found a fun job quickly and the money is amazing. I work 3 days a week and make far more than when I worked 6 days per week full time. Half the work...lots of fun on the job and the money rolls. Bartending is great! more
