I have $400 tires on my car and had a nail go through one causing a slow leak. I brought it in uncertain that it could be patched because it was 50/50 in my (informed amateur) opinion given the location of the nail. Basically, this means they could have lied and sold me an expensive tire and I would have bought it. Instead, they patched the tire FOR FREE and wished me a good day. I was shocked. more

Exceptional Customer Service 1/9/2010

Once I got there, the employees greeted me and very helpful. Prices are lower than othere stores. Service was so fast and I am glad I went to this store. No doubt I will come back here. more

American Tire Depot- be careful 8/31/2005

The first few times I took my car to American Tire Depot they were excellent! They didn't charge me an arm and a leg and they were pretty quick in doing what they needed to do to my baby (our Californian's love our cars!) However I recently went for a flat tire, and when they replaced the two front tires, they put different brands on each side. I took the car back to show them the error and they "fixed" it, no charge. Little did I know-- they made the same mistake a second time. How? I have no idea. The manager is a great guy, very cool, but pay very close attention to your car after it comes out...check for any mistakes...and call them on it. Something so expensive should be given the best of care. PROS: Good service CONS: Too many mistakes more
