I visited a local office in MN after winning a gift card. I thought for sure it was a scam. I read some reviews and was really discouraged, however my gift card was for $1500 so i thought i would be a fool not to find out for sure. Yes, most people win the $300 one - i spoke to the manager about that. Well, we reviewed some packages, and i was not too interested in paying 1700 or something like that plus my gift card for some hair removal. So, i explained to the manager that i would simply not proceed and 1000 was my limit, end of story and i would still have to consider it at that point. She was very patient with me, worked with me in my budget and wasnt pushy at all. I had a girlfriend with me and the manager just let us chat for quite some time to think things through. the package i wanted was like 3300 and then i had the gift card. The manager changed the info in the system to basically give me what i wanted for the price of a much cheaper one. I signed up and got it for 1000. I was very happy with what she did and how relaxed she was. I did my first treatment, and the technician was really lovely. I was a tad nervous and she was really gentle and patient and explained it all. I highly highly recommend this place! Pros: Wonderful Service, patient reps, Worth the money! Cons: None. more

Please DO NOT go to this company. They are rude, unprofessional, and a scam! They will trap you into thinking that you ""won"" money towards a package, when in all actuality everyone is set up to think this. I received high pressure sales and eventually caved. After agreeing to a package of $2000.00 and signing paperwork that wasn't even for the treatment they offered me, I started on my horrifying journey. I was told after the 2nd treatment I would start seeing results. After the 3rd treatment and no results, several burns and scars on my arms I decided to cancel this service. They ""claim"" that since they gave me such a great deal they will have to charge me individually for the treatments at the non-package price. NO WHERE IN THE PAPERS I SIGNED DOES IT STATE THIS! So they are trying to change me all but $14. Thanks for your generosity ALC. Anyway, I?m still fighting to get my money back. I have appealed twice with the financing company and will soon be contacting a lawyer and their legal department. This is unethical to charge me full price for services I didn't even finish, NOR DID I RECEIVE ANY RESULTS...NO RESULTS WHAT-SO-EVER!!! Someone should take this company out for hurting so many people. If ALC would have worked with me EVEN A LITTLE BIT I would not be here bashing their company...but to disrespect their CUSTOMERS in this way, that's just greedy and horrible service. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! Trust me, try Lipo-dissolve at another company...at least it works! If you live in MN I suggest Crutchfield Dermatology. They are professional, kind, and actually tell you to only schedule 2 treatments. They then check to make sure the procedure is working for you so you don't throw away your money. They rock! Love them. American Laser Center is the WORST!! I have had GREAT success with CRUTCHFIELD and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! ALC does not care what their customers have to say, nor do they care about maintaining them or having a good reputation. Pros: NOTHING! Cons: EVERYTHING! Rude, horrible customer service, NO REFUNDS, procedures do not work, Procedures produce scars and burns, Managers (Rebecca S.) do NOT return phone calls! more
