this company came out to my house on a wedneday to fix my washer they said they fixed it they said it was clogged up and should work fine but soon as they left washer never worked again i called them back they came back on friday and said i needed a motor after i payed them 80 dollars to clean my filter out so they said they would get me a motor and be back on monday and there will be no charge they came on monday after i waited all day for them just to tell me i had to pay a extra 50 dollars so i called to speak to the manager and he hung u p on me and told me he didnt want to do business with me after i gave him my address and he realized i was african american and lived on the south side and hung up i called back and they kept hangin up i never got my money back or nothing but i called someone else out and they said my belt came off and there was no way that can come off on its on unless someone takes it off so that tells me american appliance took it off just to make more money off of me so DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLAE THEY ARE PREJUDICE TO BLACK PEOPLE AND RUDE I HAVE NEVER BEEN TALKED TO THAT WAY BY ANYONE NOT BUSINESS ORIENATED OR FRIENDLY TO CUSTOMERS
