Worst

Lifetime warranty warranty? is not true. Called them about my windows fogging, Broken seals. They told me they were too old. 15yrs. Don't believe the warrantee, They don't.

Always had a line of communication with someone at Alpha. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable and the workers were very diligent in completing my work. The new windows made a big difference in the lighting in the house, and provided an upgrade that was needed. Would use this company again. more

Fast Repair & Service 1/30/2018

Winter storm caused damage on my recently installed windows, so I called Alpha for a service call. Billy came out immediately and fixed the problem, and ordered a new sash for me. I'm really happy with their responsiveness and how fast they worked to install my windows when they did. more

Friendly Installation 11/30/2017

The crews that installed my windows and siding were extremely courteous and friendly to deal with. The window crew was neat and efficient, while the siding crew dealt with me throughout the completion of the work. My home was finished right in time for the holidays and am excited to finally have upgraded the windows and siding. more

Responsive workers 10/3/2017

The workers were really responsive in getting my windows installed. When I had an issue with a part, the office came out and fixed it for me. The crew cleaned up well after themselves and they were professional. I was very happy with their staff. more

Fast response and quality 4/11/2017

I contacted alpha to replace my siding and they worked with me to have the job done before the holiday. I told John I needed the siding done before a specific date and alpha delivered. I'm glad everything worked out well and would do it again. more

New Siding, Great Work 2/1/2017

Alpha installed new siding around my home, and the work was great, the crew was great, and the house looks great. Accented the storm color siding with sterling ledgestone, and the colors matched really well. All work was done in 1.5 weeks and all scraps cleaned up. Great job! more

Great Job Alpha 7/14/2016

Alpha, great job replacing the siding and windows on the front of my home. Hopefully I can do the rest of the house soon, but for now, my house looks awesome from the front. The shakes were definitely the best way to go for me and the you can see the value when comparing the renovated front to the other sides of the house. more

Siding made my home look brand new!! 3/7/2016

The new siding installed by Alpha has made a world of difference from before! My home looks brand new, like it was just built. Everyone was so easy to deal with and the installers were extremely nice. The guys did whatever I asked and it was easy to call the office and get more information. Everything went great! more

Big Difference in Quality 2/11/2016

I saw a few windows before choosing Alpha, and was able to decipher that theirs has a big quality difference at the prices I saw. The energy features, the safety features, the aesthetic features, all add up to make me know this was the right window for me. The guys who installed the windows were professional and finished everything to my preference. more

The old windows were taken out and the new windows went in same day. Was happy with being able to get them in on a day I was free and so soon since ordering. Everything was hassle-free and simple. I'm very confident the windows will do a good job for now and the future. more

Superb service and windows 12/14/2015

The installer were superb and Billy (the man who measure) was a real profesional. The new windows make a big difference from before and am glad I change them now before winter. If any of my friends ask for a referral, I will be sure to send them to Alpha, just as my neighbor sent me to them. more

No customer service or quality control 10/10/2015

i paid Alpha $37,000 to re side my home. I was told they will fix anything wrong and gave me a 10 year warranty. Then they hired a sub contractor sent him to do the work and NEVER EVER came to supervise, plan, or inspect. At the end i was very unhappy with how awful the main entrance wall looked. Warranty? NOPE! The owner told me the house looks beautiful and implied ( and posted online to a review) that it was " unfortunate that she is as she is!" My personality should have nothing to do with their warranty. I have to hire another company to inspect the entire job, fix any problems and redo the entrance side of the home with the proper materials ( they should have used 20' panels they told me didn't exist.) Then i have to take them to court to get reimbursed for doing the job they were paid for in full. I guess if everything goes well with this company you might be ok, but if any problems you are on your own. There is no warranty if they won't honor it. more
