Extrememly Helpful 3/6/2012

I must say, my experience with Gregg Stephens and The Stephens Agency was nothing less than great!! With his expertise he showed me the flaws in my current coverage. I thought I had a great company who cared about me and was keeping me safe. I then found out that I was underinsured and if there ever was an accident I wouldnt've been been properly taken care of. With Allstate I now know I am in Good Hands! Thank you Gregg Stephens and The Stephens Agency Staff! I have no regrets, I'm happy and thankful I switched before any claims occurred on my old policy. I recommend this company to anyone looking for great service and proper protection! more

Top Notch 5/3/2010

I have had to deal with many insurance companies lately while I was looking to change my current policy. Gregg at Allstate was extremely helpful and informative and was able to assist me with the best option for my auto insurance. As for the previous comment, all insurance companies provide a quote based on the information provided by the consumer prior to the underwriting process. I feel confident with Gregg at Allstate for my Auto and plan on now doing my Life Insurance as well!! more

Scammed 2/2/2010

What a scam! I spoke to several different people in this office as they played "Hot potato" with the phone. When the phone finally lander in Greg's lap, he gave me a quote that was a dream come true for auto insurance. When I was told by him that he would have to call me back after I gave him all my information, he never called. Then when I called 800-allstate, I found out that he had applied so many discounts to the policy that were not relevant, so that quote would be so low. Stay far away from this place if you want some honest customer service.....what a joke more
